STS Robotech (CEO Kim Ki-hwan) announced that it will recruit former Managing Director of Uncommand Solutions Na Seon-taek as Chief Technology Officer.

A company official said, "STS Robotech, which is carrying out new challenges in various fields such as cooperative robot-based robot SI and F&B robot development such as coffee robot, kimbap robot, and chicken robot, has recruited key talents to efficiently respond to all areas of mobile and autonomous robots, which are attracting more attention due to the implementation of the Intelligent Robot Act, strengthening R&D capabilities, and recruiting CTO, who has gained various experiences and achievements, in anticipation of new synergy between existing development results."

Rason-taek CTO has developed and business experience in various IT companies, served as COO in charge of self-driving cars and self-driving robots in Uncommand solutions, and recently worked in the tool space of a specialized patrol robot company.

In addition, he participated in writing the National Competency Standard NCS Self-Driving Development and has various experiences in the Special Regulatory Freedom Zone and Regulatory Sandbox.

Meanwhile, the STS Robotech Research Institute, led by the new CTO Na Seon-taek, will develop products and services needed for industrial and service sites through the development of advanced technologies that apply AI and autonomous driving to robots.
